Marketing Communication Manager

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Building marketing communication strategy with industry and healthcare teams to drive business growth in align with the brand strategy of Wonsign Technologies.

- Identify the most effective communication channels to reach target groups and feed these channels with the appropriate messaging.

- Strategizing and implementing communication campaigns leveraging both traditional (collateral, print advertising, direct mail, etc.) and digital (social media, digital advertising, websites, email, etc.) marketing tactics that includes trade shows, symposia, media and patient outreach activities.

- Responsible for media plan, and internal and external communications as related to area of responsibility, and collaboratively generate compelling, engaging content for it, including but not limited to promotions, academic journals, press releases, announcements and newsletters.

- Developing materials, presentations and other marketing communications for product launches, marketing campaigns and other product and service marketing efforts as well as sales meetings, tradeshows and so on.

- Working with teams to develop plans to leverage product promotions to help generate leads at key shows and events.

- Creating and managing the MarCom budgets in close collaboration with the leadership teams of both industry and healthcare business.

- Attending and participating in all relevant trade shows. Traveling with sales representatives irregularly to gain a deeper understanding of the business and the Wonsign customers.

- Responsible for monitoring program success and ROI analytics and reporting to appropriate leaders.

- Actively soliciting relevant input from customers and the sales organization to develop new and vibrant marketing collateral, and ensure it adheres to company branding standards.

- Assessing state of current materials - revise existing literature as appropriate upon needs, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible.

 

Desired Qualifications

- BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or business-related field.

- Above 5 years' experience in marketing communication role in any industry, and above 5 years' experience in marketing communication, marketing events or medical education role in Medical Device field will be preferred.

- 1 years of experience with digital marketing and advertising; and above 3 years of experience with digital marketing and advertising, preferred.

- Experience in go-to-market strategy, preferred.

- Experience in campaign design and execution, preferred.

- Experience in data analytics and creating dashboards, preferred.

- Experience in graphic design or copywriting, preferred.

 

Required Knowledge And Skills

- Excellent writing skills (writing portfolio required)

- Demonstrated project management skills and multi-tasking capabilities

- Proven lead generation expertise that resulted in ROI

- Strong communications, time-management capability

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong research, analytics and reporting capability

- Experience and success working in a matrix organization and collaborating cross-functionally
